I am New York's second oldest "young playwright." I came to NYC in '72 (a double hint at my age) and worked for Joe Papp as a tech. My "Day Job" kidnapped me, and having kids was my Stockholm syndrome. Programmed computers & taught HS chemistry.
Am writing a comedy based on the Book of Job and rewriting Orlando Dances about a trans ghost. The Catholic Seminary play is not forgotten, either. I am acting now so I can recruit readers for my script revisions. If I get cast in something, would that interfere with my writing?
My new toy is a 1962 vintage cornet which I am learning to play.
