Rob Burton is the author of three books [Around the World in 52 Words: Ritual Writing for the New Millennium (2002), Artists of the Floating World: Contemporary Writers Between Cultures (2007), and Hops and Dreams: The Story of Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. (2010)], as well as several journal articles on World and Multicultural Literature. He is Professor of English at California State University, Chico.

This is what it is all about, he knows: improbability.
